How to pass the items to the laundry and dry cleaning
The laundry room of our hotel in Odessa is located directly in the hotel building on the first basement floor. It is equipped with professional washing equipment that efficiently and carefully processes all types of fabrics. For washing we use special products that reliably remove all types of contaminants and at the same time are absolutely safe for health.
Dry cleaning services are provided by our reliable partner company, located in Odessa. Its employees daily come to the hotel, pick up clothes and in the optimal short time return it back in a fresh and neat form.
Ordering laundry or dry cleaning services in our hotel is easy. You need:
- Call back at the reception or send a request to the maid.
- Wait for our employee at the most convenient time for you. She will pick up all items according to the inventory and transfer them to the laundry or dry cleaning staff.
- Get back quality washed, spotlessly ironed and smelling of freshness and cleanliness items.
We also provide express laundry and cleaning services (surcharge for speed is 50%) and sewing.

Hotel towels and bed linen change
Typically, bed linen is changed in our hotel every 3 days, but, at the request of vacationers, we can make it at any necessary time. To do this, make request to the maid or administrator at the reception.
You can tell us to replace towels without further ado. Just leave them on the bathroom floor and we will replace them with new ones immediately.
